Sep 6, 2009 - I love this programme. I love how it takes what was one of the darkest periods of human history and makes it almost trivial and hilarious. Brilliant.

Sep 15, 2009 - Grew up watching this in my native country Zambia southern Africa, back when people spoke English and comedy was raw and human. No political correctness and the other nonsense we have today. Mind your language was the other, real McCoy, the salvation army............ Memories so wonderful.

Sep 28, 2009 - I have the whole series. too bad maria and hans didnt stay with the show and jack haig died, he made a good character "it is I, leclerc". at 6th or 7th season the show isnt that good anymore like it was at the beginning. at least gruber, flick and others stayed, especially the general. my favorite is the one when they try to steal a sausage with the painting from the generals room. I just love it when edith says "pansy" to rene. its a very good comedy, more like this could be made.
